I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your wonderful presentation at the Atlanta Apartment Association quarterly meeting. You now have an Atlanta fan club whether you needed one or not! Between your message and great entertainment, you took the audience through every realm of emotion possible. It isn't often that a speaker makes the kind of impact on an audience that you did.

I hope the line of attendees wanting to speak with you after the meeting didn't keep you too long. You were very gracious in allowing so many pictures and autographs. Thanks again for making our meeting such a success!
